NetPOS Global Loyalty Software

The NetPOS web interface allows you to host a loyalty system on a central server and link all your Venues together so that Members are able to move between venues and use the same loyalty rewards system to add and redeem points on a single card.

The NetPOS web interface is able to connect into various other third party loyalty systems to meet the customer's requirements.

NetPOS Gaming Interface

The NetPOS Gaming interface software allows Venues to fully integrate their Poker Machine loyalty system with their Bars and Restaurants so that Member's can use their card anywhere in the venue and be rewarded for doing so, not just on the poker machines. This encourages Member's to use all the facilities within the venue and not just one area.

Member's swipe their cards at the Bar/Restaurant Point of Sale and the NetPOS software requests their details, price level and current points from the Gaming system and displays it at the POS Terminal. When the sales transaction has been completed the NetPOS Software then adds the Points to the Member's current points balance in the gaming system. The same process occurs for redemption of points up to the maximum available points that the Member has.

NetPOS Front Office Interface
(Room Charging from the POS)

NetPOS software links the Property Management Software to the POS Terminals so that Guests can swipe their cards at the Bar or Restaurant and the Property Management System will return their Booked in Name, Credit Limit and Account Balance. Room Charges from the POS will update the Property Management Software immediately the sale is completed. It is suitable for most Property Management Software packages on the market. Custom interfaces can also be developed to link directly to specific Property Management Software.
